Unless otherwise specified, all workshops and meetings are held at Yeaman's Park Presbyterian, 5931 Murray Ave, Hanahan, SC 29410. Meeting Program begins at 7p, but the doors are open at 6:30.

- Thursday, March 14, Monthly Meeting: Doors open at 6:30, Meeting begins at 7pm (Yes, we know that's Valentines day)
- Lecture: Anita Bowen, a popular and accomplished quilter local to the Columbia, SC area, will present her lecture "Detours Ahead: Pot Holes and Road Blocks".
- Friday March 15 – WORKSHOP with Anita Bowen 9am - 3pm
We'll be working the Dutch Puzzle block.
April
- Thursday, April 11, Monthly Meeting: Doors open at 6:30, Meeting begins at 7pm
- Linda Coleman comes from St Matthews, SC with a wonderful presentation and examples on the uses and advantages of using "Woolie Flannels"
- Saturday, April 24 - Community Project Workday, 9am - 3pm
Programs & Workshops
**Meetings are the Second Thursday of the month at 7pm, with Workshops the following day (unless otherwise specified) from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM at Yeamans Hall Presbyterian Church. Anonymouse scholarships are available upon request. We have a great line-up of workshops scheduled for 2019 - There is something for everyone and we hope you all will take advantage of the great teachers and classes at very reasonable prices. Cobblestone Quilters 2020 Quilt Show POSTPONED until 2022
AQS (American Quilters Society) QuiltWeek SHOW is coming to CHARLESTON!! The show will be at the Convention Center September 25-27, only 7 months away! Check here for all the details: http://www.quiltweek.com/locations/charleston. These are the same folks who put on the Paducah Show! The Quilt Show Board voted to POSTPONE our 2020 Cobblestone Quilters Quilt Show until March 2022. AQS will be here for 2 years and we want to ensure that we are putting on a great show for our members, vendors and the public. More info
Beach Retreat 2019
Beach Retreat is a 3 night quilting “Get Away” held annually at beautiful, relaxing Camp St. Christopher. It’s a great time to quilt, eat, make merry, quilt, get to know other quilters in the guild, oh, and, eat and quilt. The retreat will be at Camp St. Christopher March 7-10, 2019. President's Challenge
Each year the guild president challenges the guild to creat a unique quilt based on a set of guide lines. Our next quilt show theme is "Charleston Hospitality" challenges you to create an 18" x 18" finished block that demonstrates what Charleston Hospitality means to you! It can be a scene from the Charleston area, an object (i.e. pineapple), words, flowers, etc. Get CREATIVE!
It must be a finished piece using fabrics of your choice. Check out the President's Challenge page for all the details.
Face Book!
The Cobblestone Quilters Facebook Group is a great place for members to keep up with the news, and showcase your creativity! Post pictures of your projects and activities! Lets show the world our stuff! Be sure to visit and "invite" other guild members!

Consider an Ad in the Cobblestone Newsletter. As an added incentive to advertise in the newsletter, 1/4 and 1/2 page ads purchased by the year will appear on the website with links if available.
Advertising Rates:
Business card $10/mo $100/yr,
1/4 page $15/mo $150/yr,
1/2 page $20/mo $200/yr.
Newsletters
- After the February meeting, those not current with their dues will no longer receive the newsletter until they become current.
- Newsletter: There are no paper copies of the newsletter mailed via the postal service. Newsletters will be sent via the Email service, "Mail Chimp". If you don't receive your newsletter, PLEASE check you spam box.
Please send your newsletter/website updates via email by the 20th of the month.
