Historian

  • Organize and store reports, newsletters, programs, by-laws and guidelines.
  • Organize and store all other information pertinent to Guild for the year.
  • Save a hardcopy in binder and/or save on memory stick.
  • Send all pertinent information to Website chair for publication/storage on. website.
  • Transfer of information/supplies to incoming chair and work with new chair for ease of transition.
  • Communicate with Officers on matters concerning the Guild, as needed.
  • Work and communicate with members to maintain a positive Guild experience.

Photo Historian

  • Take photos at monthly General Guild Meetings of speakers and show & tell.
  • Attend and take photographs at workshops/classes.
  • Attend and photograph additional events as requested by Board.
  • Submit photos to Website chair for publication on website.
  • Make a digital scrapbook for year’s activities (if applicable).
  • Transfer of information/supplies to incoming chair and work with new chair for ease of transition.
  • Communicate with Officers on matters concerning the Guild, as needed.
  • Work and communicate with members to maintain a positive Guild experience.
