Historian
- Organize and store reports, newsletters, programs, by-laws and guidelines.
- Organize and store all other information pertinent to Guild for the year.
- Save a hardcopy in binder and/or save on memory stick.
- Send all pertinent information to Website chair for publication/storage on. website.
- Transfer of information/supplies to incoming chair and work with new chair for ease of transition.
- Communicate with Officers on matters concerning the Guild, as needed.
- Work and communicate with members to maintain a positive Guild experience.
Photo Historian
- Take photos at monthly General Guild Meetings of speakers and show & tell.
- Attend and take photographs at workshops/classes.
- Attend and photograph additional events as requested by Board.
- Submit photos to Website chair for publication on website.
- Make a digital scrapbook for year’s activities (if applicable).
- Transfer of information/supplies to incoming chair and work with new chair for ease of transition.
- Communicate with Officers on matters concerning the Guild, as needed.
- Work and communicate with members to maintain a positive Guild experience.
